Map HESA yearly values in reference data

HESA codes can be mapped on a Funding Year basis for the following reference data types:

• Countries (local)
• Ethnicity (local)
• Learning difficulties and/or Disabilities(local)

To map a HESA value:

1. Select the relevant reference data type.

2. Click the HESA Yearly Values button on the Admin Commands ribbon.

   

   The HESA Yearly Values window is displayed.

   

3. Click the Add button.

   

4. Select a Funding Year and a HESA Code value from the relevant drop-down list.

   

5. Click Save.
